We need urgently 3 experienced Ericsson Engineer with proven experience.
Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in GSM Radio Network Design. Experience in GSM/CDMA/WCDMA/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS Radio Network Design, Good knowledge RF site survey, Knowledge of RF planning tools and Optimization Tools, frecuency plan, parametres, hopping, planning Trafic. Cell site planning and site selection skills.. Excellent project management skills and strong communication skills. Effective judgment and customer management skills. Proficient with project management methodology such as PMI and project management tools such as MS Project. Knowledge of GSM/GPRS communication systems and associated regulatory, industry and carrier certification requirements and processes. Experience with Microsoft software is an asset. Knowledge of RF performance optimization is an asset. Experience in product design and integration is an asset.
Tasks:
Perform Radio Frequency Investigation, • Definition of RF parameters, Azimuth, Tilt, Power, Neighboring Relations. • Keeping acceptable levels of KPI’s for RF parameters in GSM network.• Planning of frequencies, BSIC’s MAIO’s, HSN’s . • Knowledge about Knowledge MapInfo, Businesses Object, WinFiol, TEMS investigation, visual Basic, TEMS Cell Planer Universal Ver. 5, and OSS, Alex.Completion of projects on time and on budget. Project deliverables. Customer acceptance. Project scope management. Project communications internally . Project risk management. Project work breakdown structure to the task level and securing resource allocations to tasks. Construction and maintenance of project schedules. Project initiation – project opening, internal kick-off, external Kick-off, etc. Project planning – pre and post agreement signing. Project execution. Project monitoring and controlling. Invoice triggering. Project closing.
Candidates must be residents of Venezuela and shall have their own laptop and driving license.
